Delivery Information

Orders are all picked and packed by hand and are normally dispatched within 2 working days, during our busy times (Jan-Apr) we dispatch 6 days a week but after a busy weekend it can take longer so please bear with us during this time.

UK Delivery

All of our prices include standard UK delivery, so the price advertised for the case includes the cost of having it delivered to you within the standard delivery timescale. If you wish to have the item quicker, we offer the following options:

Standard Delivery – 5 to 7 working days – FREE (included in the price of the case)
Express Delivery – 3 to 5 working days – £7.50 per order
Priority Delivery – 1 to 2 working days – £12.50 per order

When your order has been processed for dispatch, you will receive and email confirming this along with your tracking details. It is your responsibility to ensure you keep the courier updated with your delivery. If you haven’t received a dispatch confirmation after 3 working days, please feel free to email us and we will provide that information.

Most of our couriers will attempt to deliver your order the following day after you receive your tracking number. If they can not delivery your parcel they will not always attempt further deliveries.

Our delivery times are based on working days (Monday to Friday) Saturday and Sunday are not classed as a working day. Our daily collections only take place on working days.

Order daily cut off time is 1pm, if you place an order after this time we would not include that day are the first working day of your delivery service.

Orders outside the UK

Europe – All orders outside the UK are subject to local VAT and import taxes, if you are interested in any of our product we will happily provide an estimate. Simply contact us and we will put an estimate together for you – Contact

Rest of World – we cannot currently offering shipping to the rest of the world
